Here is the location for all 13 Stezellio Coins which you give to the lady in Treno in return for some pretty nice items.
Aries – Dali’s Windmill
Taurus – Behind Treno’s item shop
Gemini – Throw 10gil into Treno’s fountain at the entrance 13x
Cancer – Overturned cart at the entrance of Burmecia
Leo – Near the statue of Neptune that transports the party to Alexandria Harbour located in Alexandria castle, left side of coming out of town from the boat.
Virgo – In the Black Mage Village Inn
Libra – Right-side of Madain Sari’s fountain
Scorpio – Below the HP/MP restore spring in Quan’s Dwelling, located near Treno on the world map
Sagittarius – Left of Gysahl Pickle cart in Lindblum (after the devastating attack)
Capricorn – In the waters to the right of Daguerro’s entrance
Aquarius – Right-hand chest at the entrance of Ipsen’s Castle
Pisces – chest inside the Invincible airship
Ophiuchus – You must collect all 12, then return to where you found Scorpio, and it should be there.
The hardest one would have to be Leo, so just keep searching the castle if you are stuck. Hope this helps.
