I ate at a Chinese Buffet and got HUGE?

i did NOT eat meat cuz im vegetarian.. so it could not get huge from that
yes i am aware of the sodium that retains water, but that was not enough to make my stomach get SO BLOATED! my bf and i were shocked!
im also aware of Carbs.. but i did not have rice, and just so little noodles… so again not enough
now there are fillers like MSG! this place did not have it… so what im looking for is another possible filler that could have been in it! i know thats what caused it!.. i bet they do use something that did pass by the FDA, but i do not trust the FDA at all!!!!

After reading the details, it seems like the only thing that could have happened is some kind of mild allergic reaction. If it bothers you, see an allery doc and explain the situation and ask to be tested. Even though it may be stuff that you’re used to eating, you can still develop an allergy…like I did to tomatoes and my step-mom to berries.
Another option is that maybe the food wasn’t washed properly or otherwise had some kind of chemical on it. If this is the case, they do need to be reported to your county or city’s health inspector.
